Florida CraftArt is bringing makers, arts organizations, educators, and craft supporters together for a statewide conversation, and we’d love for you to join us!

We’ll connect, share what’s happening across Florida, and explore opportunities to collaborate and strengthen our statewide craft community.

The conversation will include:

Formed by Fire: Artists in Conversation
Moderated by curator and FCA Gallery Director Gillian Harper, featuring artists Jenny Hager and Lance Vickery of the University of North Florida.

Crafting America & Crown Craftsmen: A Philosophy
Art historian Dr. Elizabeth Heuer will discuss her course Crafting America and how her students’ research contributed to the current exhibition at the Mandarin Museum & Historical Society.

Open Discussion & Q&A
We’ll talk about upcoming exhibitions, workshops, calls for artists, collaboration, shared resources, and what’s happening in craft communities across the state.

Whether you’re a craft artist, arts organization, educator, or simply passionate about fine craft, your voice is welcome.
