Conversations that Move is the first of a series of three events that will host conversations on race, gender and ethical leadership.
In Conversations that Move we will hear from women of Color in the Tampa Bay community that have experienced discrimination in the workplace on an individual and systemic level. These women’s truth-telling will bring to life the realities of gender and racial inequities. This event will help cultivate the understanding and empathy necessary to end race and gender discrimination in your workplace and move you to learn how to become an ally.
Host Audrina Bigos will guide our conversation as we hear from speakers Latifa Jackson, Neudy Carolina Nuñez, and Sherrel Sampson.
Organized by USF Women and Leadership Initiative - Bishop Center for Ethical Leadership
