Cultivating a state where you are consistently present in the moment is not impossible, but it takes practice. In this two-part Leadership Mindfulness Series, participants will learn about the benefits of mindfulness and self-awareness in creating balance — both at work and in life. You will practice mindfulness and meditation and develop strategies for being a more effective leader.
