CLASS DESCRIPTION
A 5-Week class that infuses restorative yoga and gentle movement into the thriving arts culture in the Warehouse Arts District, but with a fun and "luminous" twist.

WADA's Luminous Glow Yoga instructors incorporate gentle movement and stretching to encourage muscle recovery, flexibility training, and mental health-informed curriculum to provide a variety of relaxation and mindfulness practices to WADA's growing arts community.

And, the lights are off in this class! Free yourself of the self-conscious ego, step into your body, and bring out the glow from within.

CLASS PRICING
$65 for WADA Members ($13 per session)
$75 for Non-Members ($15 per session)
