We have all experienced many journeys, paths, and lifetimes. When we can see or understand another perspective we enhance our own understanding of our experiences here on Earth. During this experiential workshop you will be guided towards recalling your very own past lives.

Lora Humphrey is a certified hypnotist and clairvoyant. Using her skills and training she will guide you through hypnotic regression so that you may dive deep into your subconscious mind to recover what you have simply forgotten. In the first portion of the workshop Lora will explain how hypnosis works to tap into past lives, what to expect, and also answer questions. When ready, everyone will find a comfortable position and ease into the guided regression. Afterwards there will be time to ask any additional questions or share insights you've gained from the experience.

Your mind is able to remember everything that pertains to you - including past lives. Through this remembering you can better see what patterns you may be repeating and gain an objective understanding towards how to change those patterns should you want to. This will also be a great opportunity to find the root of any issue you may wish to address in order to find healing. This may include identifying the source of any irrational fears or anxieties that may be rooted in past life experiences. Your mind knows exactly where it needs to go in order to find healing and this workshop can give you new resources and tools to help.

We have yoga mats, blankets, and props for you to use but feel free to bring anything that makes you comfortable!
