This is a structured tasting experience. Samples are curated tasting portions and are not full beverages.

Guests will explore how geography, roast level, and brewing technique shape aroma, body, acidity, and finish.

Featured Coffees & Preparations:

Guatemalan Blend – Iced Coffee Sample
Bright and refreshing with crisp clarity and subtle fruit notes.

Costa Rican Blend – Hot Brewed Sample
Balanced and smooth with mild acidity and a comforting aroma.

Colombian Blend – Manual Espresso (ROK Maker)
Medium roast with layered flavor and natural sweetness.

Peruvian Blend – Moka Pot Brew
Bold and concentrated with deep roasted notes and a lingering finish.

• Moka Pot Espresso Style Brewing

After the guided tasting, guests may purchase full beverages including hot coffee, iced coffee, and lattes with oat milk, almond milk, or half & half.

Retail coffee will also be available:

All beverage and retail sales directly support Mission Grounds Coffee and Chef Marques Clark’s community initiatives.

Chef Marques Clark, Founder of YES CHEF VILLAGE, Inc., connects coffee, culture, and history through immersive culinary storytelling. As a steward of African American foodways, he preserves and shares ancestral traditions through education, demonstration, and flavor.

Proceeds help support cultural lectures, storytelling programs, and culinary heritage preservation.

This is more than a tasting. It is a guided exploration of tradition, technique, and impact.
