The Term #Refreshin’ or now commonly known as Revival, is in Honor and tribute of continuing an ancestral tradition
"Going to the Refreshin’ for my soul to be Renewed” was formulated by our Enslaved ancestors based on only being allowed once a week to come together to heal wounds, pray, & tend to each other through music, dance, food, and a river under The Moonlight.
