Volunteer with 360 Eats Community Kitchen Food Truck
The 360 Eats Community Kitchen Food Truck provides free nutritious meals to food-insecure families in the community. Volunteers are needed to help serve fresh, chef-prepared dishes in St. Petersburg, Wednesdays from 4:15 until 5:30 p.m. and in Clearwater, Thursdays from 1 until 3 p.m. and 3:45 until 6 p.m.
Since all meals are prepared in advance, no cooking experience is necessary. Volunteers should be comfortable working in warm conditions and standing for long periods of time.

Feeding Pinellas needs volunteers
Feeding Pinellas, an offshoot of Feeding Tampa Bay, opens its free on-site food pantry at 6330 54th Avenue N., St. Petersburg to the community every Monday through Thursday.
Volunteers are needed to check in guests, assist with their shopping experience, restock shelves, line management and more.
Appropriate attire includes closed-toe shoes, shirts with sleeves, pants, dresses or shorts of appropriate length. Volunteers must be 16 years or older.

Golf tournament benefitting Pinellas Education Foundation
The Pinellas Education Foundation and Kiwanis Club of St. Petersburg are presenting the 10th Annual Fischer-Carr Golf Tournament Thursday, Nov. 6 at the St. Petersburg Country Club, 2000 Country Club Way S., St. Petersburg.

All proceeds will benefit the Fischer-Carr Scholarship Fund which provides students from low-income families in grades six to nine with Take Stock in Children. Students who are qualified and selected by the Pinellas Education Foundation receive free college tuition upon graduation if they maintain a C average or better, remain crime and drug-free and have good school attendance.
Registration and lunch begin at 11 a.m., followed by a putting contest at 11:30 a.m., a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. and the awards ceremony and dinner at 5 p.m. Prizes will be given to the putting contest winner and first, second and third-place tournament winners.

Celma Mastry Ovarian Cancer Foundation fundraiser
The Celma Mastry Ovarian Cancer Foundation is presenting “Gilligan’s Return,” a fundraiser for ovarian cancer research, Friday, Nov. 7 at 7 p.m. at the St. Petersburg Yacht Club. Guests are encouraged dress as their favorite Gilligan’s Island character.

The event will include dinner, two complimentary adult beverages, music by Uncle Jim’s Tropical Friends Band, games and prizes for the best dressed character contest.
The St. Petersburg Yacht Club is located at 11 Central Ave, St. Petersburg.

Volunteer with Black Innovation Leaders of Florida
Black Innovation Leaders of Florida (BILF) is seeking organized volunteers to assist with its “Prosperity Through Technology” two-day event – Saturday, Nov. 8 and Saturday, Dec. 6 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Campbell Park Recreation Center, 601 14th Street S., S. Petersburg.
BILF’s mission is to provide access, education, advocacy and technical support to organizations and leaders with a focus on elevating innovation in the community.

Tasks include greeting attendees, checking in pre-registered guests, handling on-site registration, providing directions to various sessions, assisting speakers, helping to set up snack and drink stations and directing attendees during transitions and breaks.
Volunteers are welcome to work one or both days and will receive complimentary meals and refreshments.
