Horses for Handicapped Foundation Wine Tasting Fundraiser

The Horses for Handicapped Foundation of Pinellas County is holding a wine tasting fundraiser Saturday, March 28 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Parkview Room in Seminole.

Founded in 1981, the all-volunteer foundation exists for the purpose of promoting and teaching recreational horseback riding and care to special needs citizens in Pinellas County.  The program helps riders develop self-awareness, build self-confidence and improve concentration and coordination.

The evening will feature a guided wine tasting with Jeff Ottman, a wine consultant with Bella Vino Wine & Cheese Market in Belleair Bluffs, along with light appetizer pairings.

The Parkview Room is located at Seminole City Park, 7464 Ridge Road, Seminole.

Why would anyone want to support any organization that has pled guilty to animal cruelty? The SPCA Tampa Bay is guilty of such a despicable citation. For you non-believers, here it is, right on the public records of Pinellas County.

COUNTY – ORDINANCE 25-11699-CO 08/11/2025 STATE OF FLORIDA vs. SPCA TAMPA BAY
    1 CRUELTY TO ANIMALS
