CEO, eFit Foods

What do you do?

Everything! Deliveries, product development, sales, shipping, social media, and marketing.

Why do you do it?

I want to change this world to a plant-based world. I have a 10 year old daughter, and I want her to see that a female founder can do anything, and also, I want her to have a healthy planet for her kids.

What was your Catalyst? (How did you get started?)

It started as my favorite cookie recipe from my grandmother, and when one of my personal training clients asked me to make it healthy, I experimented, and it worked. I made it for a decade in my kitchen before I got into a store. Now I am in 60 stores in St. Pete, Tampa, and Clearwater.

What’s a common misconception or unknown aspect of what you do?

That it is easy! The competition is TOUGH, but I am tougher!

What’s the most challenging part of your Hustle?

What’s the most valuable piece of business advice/insight that’s helped you?

Keep the doubt out. To truly believe in yourself and what you are doing. How can we lift others up to be healthier, happier, and enjoy life …
