Why St. Pete?
It was not strategic, but I look smart being here now, 17 years later. Helped fund a business down here and ended up running it, which was not the plan, but that brought me down here and I’m super thrilled to be here.

What is one piece of insight - a book, methodology, practice - that you would share with our readers?
I like Think and Grow Rich, it’s a book I read years ago and I want to read again. About great attitude, mindset and how that can really drive you forward.
What is one thing you wish you knew about your work 3 years ago?
Well, the bull market continues, I might have ramped it up even further than I have.

I may buy a business. Even though I have a business, I may be interested in having another one.
