Another day for an adventure and learning something new.

It just offers so much all in one spot, we are running an international business, so it offers an easy way to travel in and out, more things to do, you never get bored here.
What is one habit that you keep?
Try to smile and have a high level of energy by staying active.
Who are some people that influence you?
Henry Kissinger, at least the books that I read about him, he never coached me. That’s probably one name. My Australian tennis coach who told me about America, he is one big reason I ended up in this wonderful country.
What is one piece of insight - a book, methodology, practice - that you would share with our readers?
The 7 Habits – it’s been around for such a long time but they’re such simple rules of how to organize your days and get the most out of them. I think it’s still as useful as it ever has been before.
What is one thing you wish you knew about your work 3 years ago?
I wish I knew how fast our customers change and how fast their requirements change. To anticipate this earlier, that would have been an advantage to serve them better.
What’s next?
iQor is releasing the findings of the CPX360 Survey. The third press release will be released soon. Alongside the survey, there’s a level of feedback, open learning that we also have internally by having set a wide spectrum of service offering that is really providing us a beautiful competitive edge, and over time I think that it will become even more of a dominant force to help minimize consumer frustrations.
