I believe the Team wants to go to Tampa, however it is less expensive to remain in St. Pete. In addition, they will make more money in Tampa than in St. Pete. I really prefer a convention center with other businesses. Campbell Park is across the street, so there is no need to create another park. I want Affordable/Work force housing to be a priority. We have lost our restaurant workers, including chefs, store workers, CNAs, nurses, teachers etc because they can no longer to afford to live here. I am willing to listen to All proposals at this time.

We are we now calling this the historic gas plant district? It is NOW Tropicana Field. It is like still calling St. Petersburg Paul’s Landing or Gulfport, Diston City. I understand the history, but it’s called progress and change. When Tropicana Field is eventually razed, will the area by known as the old Trop site? Eventually the site should be called SPEC, St. Pete Entertainment Complex.
Complete with Miniature Golf, a midway, etc. Locals and tourists would love it. It’s a win win win situation!

The presence and participation of Mother Reese gives this process depth and tribute. Important.

Great idea, great execution, great cast, gret questuions/answers – great timing – really good journalism – quite a show-quite a cast-quite a giod story…….sincere thaks.

One question – when is next, then who is next, and next……..then have all 4 videos [and transcripts] avail. for careful review – can you do all 4 before Jan 4th public session – it would be the most fair – this is an important and influential venue – all should, inclusively, have it.

    Sincere thNKS.
