Echelon City Center, the master-planned development in the Carillon Office Park, will see a new 17-story addition.

The project, dubbed Site9, will be a 176-unit luxury residential complex that will be built at 112 Main St. N. next to the WaterView development and a Publix Supermarket in the Echelon City Center, according to ARC3 Architecture’s description

The project will break ground this spring on the vacant property. Site9 will be one component of the 20.5-acre Echelon City Center development. When completed, the city center, which has been in the works since 2015, is expected to have hundreds of thousands of square feet of office and retail space, as well as a 120-key hotel and residential units.

On the ground floor of Site9 will be the residential lobby, and over 16,350 square feet of retail and restaurant space, along with an elevated second-story balcony and dining spaces. Residents will have unobstructed views of the City Center Park and Main Street.

The remaining floors, floors seven through 15, will house one- and two-bedroom apartments, while floors 16 and 17 will consist of eight large townhomes, along with the residential amenities deck on the top floor.

The amenities deck features a large club room, conference and work center, leasing offices, fitness center and an exterior pool deck, according to its description.

Kurcan also worked with ARC3 Architecture on the 15-story WaterView Echelon City Center apartments, which were acquired earlier this year in a $100 million deal

Near the WaterView apartments is a planned Topgolf entertainment complex.
