Since 1986, Bay Tech Label has been Tampa Bay’s premier provider of labels, tags and packaging.
Founded by former St. Petersburg City Council member Karl Nurse, Bay Tech Label makes, well, labels of all kinds. Bay Tech prints (and sometimes designs) industrial labels, pharmaceutical labels, electrical labels, labels for beer, wine, food and more. Bay Tech is headquartered in St. Petersburg, but also has a sales office in Asheville, N.C. Also in Asheville is Bay Tech Fire Tags, a division of Bay Tech that prints tags and labels for fire extinguishers. Bay Tech prints using synthetic and paper substrates and materials. Bay Tech does this all through flexographic printing, a process that employs flexible relief plates and quick-drying inks to print more efficiently.
