Aaron oversees Catalina’s global Product, Technology, Operations and Analytics functions. Before joining Catalina as COO, Miller was an operating partner of Berkshire Partners, where he helped optimize operations for portfolio companies.

Tom brings more than thirty years of leadership and experience in the CPG and retail industries to his position as Catalina’s EVP, Chief Global Retail Officer and President of US Retail and Established Brands. Tom is responsible for Catalina’s global retail strategy, US operations, execution and customer relationships. He is focused on expanding Catalina’s extensive capabilities and value proposition to generate relevant market based solutions for Retailers to improve their profitability and overall effectiveness with Shoppers.
