Gooee was founded in 2014 by co-founders Simon Coombes, Neil Salt, Ty Chen and Andrew Johnson. Their headquarters are located on Central Avenue in downtown St. Petersburg.

Chairman & Founder
Andrew Johnson founded Gooee in 2014. As Chairman, he oversees the business’s strategy, product development and ideation.A highly successful, serial entrepreneur with a track record of adopting transformational, disruptive technology in its early stages, Johnson established Gooee with a vision of creating a full-stack, controllable, energy-saving M2M and IoT lighting ecosystem focused on design, engineering and supply of hardware, software and data management components across the LED lighting value chain.
MD & Co-Founder
Neil Salt co-founded Gooee alongside Andrew Johnson and Simon Coombes and serves as Managing Director. He is responsible for the implementation of Gooee’s new execution strategy through partnerships with industry disruptors across multiple sectors to accelerate adoption and is managing business growth out of Gooee’s new offices in Paddington, London, to support the UK/ European team.
