Company Leadership

CEO

Mark Mondello was appointed as Jabil's CEO in January 2013. He joined Jabil in 1992 as a manufacturing supervisor. He was promoted to project manager in 1993, named vice president, business development in 1997, senior vice president, business development in 1999, and COO in 2002, overseeing global operations, business development, new product development, supply chain, and information technology. Mondello was promoted to CEO in 2013. Prior to Jabil, Mondello was a commercial and defense-related aerospace project manager for Moog, Inc. A native of Chicago, Mark holds a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of South Florida.

President

William E. Peters was appointed as Jabil's president in January 2013. Peters was previously executive vice president since 2010. He joined Jabil in 1990 as a buyer and shortly thereafter was named purchasing manager. Rising rapidly through a variety of operational posts, Peters was promoted to be an officer of the company in 1999 as vice president, operations. Beginning in 2004, Peters rounded out his operational experience while serving three years as regional president for the Americas. In September 2007, Peters was named senior vice president, human development. Prior to joining Jabil, Peters was a financial analyst for Electronic Data Systems and holds a BA in economics from Michigan State University.

CFO

Forbes I. J. Alexander was named CFO in September 2004. Previously, he served as treasurer, starting in November 1996. Forbes joined Jabil in 1993 as controller of Scotland operations and was promoted to assistant treasurer in April 1996. Prior to joining Jabil, Forbes was financial controller of Tandy Electronics European manufacturing operations in Scotland and has held various financial positions with Hewlett Packard and Apollo Computer. Forbes is a Chartered Management Accountant. He holds a BA in accounting from the University of Abertay, Dundee, Scotland.
