After securing a $15 million in its second funding round, PandaDoc established an east coast headquarters in downtown St. Petersburg. Founders Barysiuk and Mikado began PandaDoc as Quoteroller, a quote-specific platform to, as its name suggests, roll out quotes quickly. With that solution's success, the team jumped into creating a full business solutions software platform. Founded in 2011, PandaDoc recently reached its 8,000th paying customer. Mayor clients include Chase, Konika Minolta and Cirque Du Soleil.

CEO and Co-Founder
Mikita Mikado is an entrepreneur, executive and former engineer. Before PandaDoc, Mikado served as CEO of Coding Staff, a Belarusian development team that offered custom development services. After running the company for four years and hitting profitability, he sold it to employees. After that Mikados co-founded Quote Roller alongside Sergey Barysiuk from 2010 to 2014. The company then began focus to focus on wider business document solutions, and PandaDoc was born.
CTO and Co-Founder
Serge Barysiuk is an engineer and passionate developer with a broad experience in software industries. He has worked as a software architect and created notable training modules for Java, Java EE, JavaScript and web security softwares. Barysiuk specializes in JavaScript ninja, Python&Django, Java, Java EE and mobile technologies.
