Since 1985, Renker Eich Parks Architects has been on the leading edge of architectural practice in Tampa Bay.
As its name suggests, Renker Eich Parks Architects (REP) was founded in 1985 by a trio of architects: Paul Renker, Gareth Eich and John Parks. These days, the firm is led by four managing principals: Sergio DeSanto, Paul C. Palmer, Harmon H. Haley and Richard M. Headland. REP focuses on clients in the private and public sectors, such as the School District of Pasco County, School District of Hillsborough County, New College of Florida, the City of St. Petersburg and the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg. REP is a certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) that concentrates not only on architecture, but also on urban planning and historic preservation. Some of its other clients include federal agencies and the Department of Defense.

Sergio DeSanto specializes in the design and construction of police stations, city halls, municipal buildings, university buildings, public schools and corporate interiors, to name a few. He is highly skilled at design build, construction management, schematic design, design development, construction documents and 3D modeling. Mr. DeSanto also possesses expertise in permit drawings and feasibility studies.
