The 3,575 square-foot main level features an open layout with wood-beamed cathedral ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace and wall to wall windows. Downtown Dunedin investment opportunity

A commercial and residential investment property located at 465 Main Street, in the heart of downtown Dunedin, has listed with an asking price of $2.95 million.

The freestanding two-story, 5,693 heated square foot structure was built in 1950 and has been renovated several times between 2015 and 2025.

North Redington Beach portfolio lists

A 25-unit apartment complex plus two free-standing structures, that together span across five parcels of land at 16850 1st Street E., North Redington Beach, has hit the market with a total asking price of $6.65 million.

The first parcel includes a single, two-story structure built in 1975. It sits on 0.54 acres of land and includes 12 living units across 12,400 square feet.

The second parcel features a 7,746 heated square-foot, two story structure built in 1965. It is situated on a 0.29-acre plot of land and offers 10 living units.

The third parcel is a one-story structure built in 1966 with three living units across 2,848 heated square feet. It sits on 0.30 acres of land.

Parcels four and five each include single-story homes, one built in 1949 with 1,421 heated square feet on a 0.23-acre plot of land, and the other with 600 square feet built in 1948 and situated on 0.37 acres.

The one-story structure was built in 2004 and provides 6,604 gross square feet. The two acres of land allows approximately 33 parking spaces.

The tenant has over four years remaining on its NNN lease with two-percent annual increases and three five-year options to renew.

The seller and owner, veterinarian Michael Amsberry, purchased the property under the registered name Sonshine Unlimited, LLC in 2010 for $1.2 million.

Lakeside Colony Apartments sell

The sale of an 11-building apartment complex located at 536 17th Avenue S., St. Petersburg closed Aug. 4 for $2.65 million.

All of the structures were built between 1947 and 1949 and together sit on 1.47 acres of land.

The complex provides 43 units with a combined 29,485 gross square feet. Nine of the buildings offer two stories with four units across 2,750 square feet of living space, and two are one-story structures, one with two units across 1,315 heated square feet and the other with five units across 1,996 heated square feet.

The majority of residences are one-bedroom/one-bath units, along with one studio and one two-bedroom/one-bath apartment.

The property sits just north of Bartlett Park and the St. Pete Tennis Club and is minutes from downtown St. Petersburg.

The seller, under the registered name WC Equity Group, LLC, purchased the property in 2006 for $1.55 million.
