Places This Week: 1920s craftsman home in Old NE sells

Located in the Old Northeast neighborhood of St. Petersburg, a three-bedroom, three-bath craftsman-style home, with an address at 116 15th Avenue NE, sold Nov. 18 for $1.25 million, $40,000 below the list price. Built in 1920, the two-story, 2,148 square-foot residence is situated on a 0.11-acre of land.
The 944 square-foot main level features nine-foot ceilings, a living room with a gas fireplace, a sunroom with a wall of windows, a kitchen with a natural gas range and shaker-style wood cabinets and a dining room with French doors leading out to a back porch. The three bedrooms are located on the 728 square-foot upper level. The primary suite has its own newly renovated ensuite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The two additional bedrooms share an updated full bath. A 300 square-foot detached garage and 176 square feet of open porch space complete the total square footage. Features include original oak and heart of pine wood floors throughout and PGT hurricane impact windows.

$8 million Tierra Verde condo lists
A penthouse condominium, in Tierra Verde’s Sunset Point at Collany Key community, has listed for sale with a price tag of $7.995 million. Located at 800 Collany Rd., units 605 and 606, situated on the top floor of a six-story building, together provide 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths across 5,131 heated square feet.

Vinoy Place townhome for sale
A 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome, with an address at 505 5th Avenue NE., St. Petersburg, has hit the market for $3.495 million. The townhome is one of only 10 in the Vinoy Place Condominiums, a complex built in 2001 that sits between Vinoy Park and the Vinoy hotel. It provides direct views of the Vinoy Basin, the St. Pete Pier and the downtown waterfront.
The first level of the 3,529 square-foot three-story home provides a great room and an open-concept kitchen with an island and peninsula that flow into the dining and living areas. Largo’s Charleston on 66 sells
Charleston Elegant Apartments, also known as Charleston on 66, a 258-unit apartment complex at 12700 66th St., Largo, sold Nov. 14 for $72 million.
The two-building property comprises 287,947 heated square feet and is situated on a 13.61-acre parcel of land. Building 1, completed in 2017, is a four-story structure with 134 units. Building 2, completed in 2018, provides 124 units.
The complex offers 1-bedroom/1-bath, 2-bedroom/2-bath and 3-bedroom/2-bath units ranging from 794 to 1,416 square feet. Apartment features include granite countertops, 42-inch wood cabinets, built-in desks, large closets, full-size washers and dryers and some with private screened-in patios. Community amenities include a resort-style pool with a sundeck, a fitness center, dog park, complimentary self-service car wash and a game room with billiards.
The seller, Blackstone Property Partners, under the registered name BCORE MF 12700 66th St N LLC, purchased the property in 2019 for $56.8 million. The buyers are Morgan Stanley, c/o Eaton Vance Management and Belhurst Realty Corporation II, together under the registered name BEL Largo LLC, with offices in Boston, Massachusetts.
Former Florida Power building for sale
A 4,520 square-foot property, comprising a 4,090 square-foot base level and a 430 square-foot basement, located at 1510 1st Avenue N., St. Petersburg, has listed for $3.99 million. Originally constructed in 1949 by Florida Power, the offering is for an off-market land play for redevelopment or the option to keep the existing building for a retail or restaurant site.
Inside are 11-foot ceilings, double-thick 16-inch walls, a showroom with a front counter area, private offices and a very sizeable warehouse space. There is also a loft area above the ceiling line. Exterior features include an art deco façade, a double-door entry and floor-to ceiling windows. The 0.27-acre lot provides for 30 parking spaces.
Yacht Power Products, which offers retail sales and marine equipment service and repairs, is also available for sale through a separate transaction. The owner and seller, Michael Lloyd Enterprises, Inc., purchased the property in 1995 for $158,100. The listing agent is Jon Reno La Budde with Keller Williams Realty.
Tarpon Springs’ Riverbend Industrial Park lists
Riverbend Industrial Park, a three-building development at 435, 475 and 495 Brady Rd, Tarpon Springs, has listed for $13.8 million. Constructed between 2022 and 2024, the multi-bay, masonry and metal structures, spread out across 2.61 acres, each provide 24,000 square feet with units ranging from 1,500 to 4,500 square feet.
Leases for all tenants expire within the year, allowing for favorable renegotiation terms. The front units in each building feature two versatile flexible spaces. Approvals and utilities are already in place for the construction of an additional 20,250 square-foot multi-bay industrial building. The Park’s man-made pond provides views for tenants and nearby residencies. No damage or flooding was sustained during the recent hurricanes.
The seller, under the registered name GGR Anclote LLC, purchased the properties in 2017 for $778,000. The listing agent is Ken Hobson with Greysteel.
