A two-story Spanish-style residence located at 1020 38th Avenue N., St. Petersburg, has listed for sale with an asking price of $1.2 million. The 2,478 heated square-foot structure is situated on a 0.39-acre corner double lot.

 The 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath single-family home was built in 1925. Two of the bedrooms, along with one full bath and one half, are located on the 1,756+ square-foot main level and could be used as an in-law apartment.

 The 722 square-foot upper-level houses the remaining three bedrooms and two baths. The giant lot provides a large fenced-in side yard and a separate fenced-in back yard with an inground pool,  hot tub and tropical landscaping.

Renovations in 2016 include a new roof, windows and doors. Solar panels were installed in 2019 and new pavers were added around the pool deck in 2021. The property is zoned NTM-1 and could be developed for townhomes.

 The home was last purchased in 2018 for $378,000. The seller is represented by Jay Fortunato with Charles Rutenberg Realty Inc.

 Largo’s Shops at Midway lists for $25+ million

The Shops at Midway, located at 1229-1551 Missouri Avenue N., Largo has listed for sale with an asking price of $25.363 million. The three-parcel, five-building property has a combined 127,158 gross square feet and is situated on a total of 12.3 acres of land. The site is 100% occupied with six tenants, each having at least one more five-year option to renew with increases in rent for each option period.

1229 Missouri Avenue N., leased to Esporta Fitness, is a 40,778 heated square foot structure built in 2014 and is situated on 4.81 acres of land. It was purchased by Shops at Midway LA LLC in 2019 for $10.5 million. 1301, 1401, 1511 and 1551 Missouri Avenue N. is a four-structure parcel with a combined 74,838 heated square feet situated on 6.83 acres of land. The buildings, all completed in 1958, are occupied by TJ Maxx, Ross, Aaron’s and Dollar Tree, respectively. Shops at Midway LLC purchased the buildings in 2015 for $7.792 million.

1581 Missouri Avenue N. is a one-structure parcel built in 2015 with 3,200 heated square feet. It sits on a 0.65-acre plot of land and is occupied by Imagine Orthodontic Studio. The property was purchased by Shops at Midway LLC in 2015 for $1.509 million.

 Waterfront Oldsmar estate sells for $2.2 million

Following one month on the market, a 5-bedroom, 4-bath home situated on a 0.88-acre of land at 3857 Shore Blvd., Oldsmar, sold Sept. 12 for $2.2 million, $50,000 below the list price.

The three-story residence was built in 2002. It has 2,809 square feet of living space and fronts the water on two sides with unobstructed southern views across Tampa Bay. The main living area on the 1,894 square-foot second level features a family room with 20-foot ceilings, a gas fireplace and bar seating; an eat-in kitchen with a built-in oven, island cooktop, solid wood cabinets and stone counters; and the primary bedroom with dual walk-in closets, an oversized master bath and a bay view. The 915 square-foot upper story offers two bedrooms, both with private bathrooms and private balconies. Two additional bedrooms, along with a waterfront game room, a laundry room and a two-car garage with a shop area and cabinets, are located on the 2,446 square-foot lower level. Outdoors is an inground heated pool, a fire pit and a dock with a dual jet ski lift, a fish cleaning station and a covered boat lift rated at 10,000 pounds.

The seller, represented by Paul Hardin with Re/Max Metro, purchased the home in 2001 for $215,000. Rene Mailaender with Re/Max Realtec Group Inc. represented the buyer.

Palm Harbor properties and business for sale

The owners of First Impressions Fine Art and Framing are selling their industrial showroom property at 3625 Alt US 19, Palm Harbor, along with a rear vacant 0.34-acre plot of land with paved access on Desoto Boulevard, for a total price of $1.69 million. Their business, established in 1989, can also be purchased for an additional $300,000.

The one-building, two-story, 6,300 square-foot retail property is situated on 0.34 acres of land. Built in 1989, it has 4,200 square feet on the main level and 2,100 square feet on the upper floor. The building is currently designed for a single occupant but can be divided into three separate units, each with its own entrance, air conditioner and rear bay door. One unit has a kitchen and one bathroom; the other two units have two bathrooms.

Highlights include recent interior repainting, new carpeting, new hinges and doorknobs, 20-foot ceilings and an alarm system on every entrance door. Zoning allows for warehouse, storage, retail, health/fitness, wholesale distribution, auto repair and more. The sale of the business includes all current inventory of prints, posters and original works.

The sellers purchased the industrial property and vacant lot in 1989 for $82,500 and $48,500, respectively. The listing is provided by Kari Lynn Grimaldi with Grimaldi Commercial Realty Corp.

Oldsmar office building and parking garage sell

Two parcels of land in Oldsmar, one with a multi-story general office building and the other, with a paid parking garage, sold Sept. 11 for $7.2 million.

3986 Tampa Rd. is a three-story, 39,114 heated square-foot structure built in 2002 and situated on a 0.84-acre plot of land. Each floor features conference rooms, private offices and separate kitchen and breakroom areas. The parcel at 3984 Tampa Rd. offers a three-story, 70,875 square-foot paid parking garage, also built in 2002.  Sitting on a 0.65-acre plot of land, the garage provides 316 parking spaces and an elevated walkway on the third floor that connects with the adjacent office building. The sale also included an option to retain all of the furnishings.

The seller, Tampa Road LLC with offices in Clearwater, purchased the two parcels in 2017 for $6.225 million. The purchaser was National University of Health Sciences which currently has three locations in Pinellas Park, one in Seminole and a campus in Lombard, Illinois.

Multi-family Clearwater property lists

Two triplex buildings situated on two parcels of land at 2759 and 2761 Cypress Dr., in the Countryside area of Clearwater, have listed for a combined sales price of $1.895 million.

The two one-story structures were built in 1984 and encompass 2,522 heated square feet each. 2759 Cypress Drive is situated on a 0.28-acre plot and 2761 sits on a 0.36-acre plot of land. Each remodeled building offers three 2-bedroom, 1-bath units as well as a laundry/utility room. Upgrades include brand-new appliances, updated kitchen cabinets, new countertops, new flooring and water heaters that were replaced within the last five years. New roofs were installed on both buildings in 2004. All of the units are currently occupied.

The seller, GK Real Estate Management Inc., purchased the two parcels in 2019 for $555,000. The listing is provided by John Koutroumanis with Re/Max Elite Realty.
