The estate was built in 2008 and is situated on a double 0.37-acre lot with panoramic views of Tampa Bay and Weedon Island Preserve.
The main living areas on the second and third levels encompass 5,884 heated square feet. A seven-car, 3,164 square-foot garage on the lower level includes a 1,000 heated square-foot bonus space. 30k+ square-foot industrial warehouse for sale
A three-building industrial warehouse property at 4251 34th Street N, St. Petersburg has hit the market with an asking price of $3.495 million. With a combined 31,320 gross square feet, the light industrial site sits on 1.31 acres of land. Art and Frame Source, Inc., a creator of custom art products for retail, residential and hospitality establishments, currently occupies the property.
Building 1 was constructed in 1958 and encompasses 9,840 heated square-feet, including a two-story, 2,640 square foot office space in front. Building 2 is a 12,800 gross square-foot structure constructed in 1962, and Building 3 is an 8,200 gross square-foot structure built in 1983.
The warehouses feature pre-engineered metal construction with 19-foot ceilings. Additional highlights include five dock-high doors, an oversized drive-in ramp and an abundant amount of storage space.

Downtown vacant land sells
Thirteen parcels of vacant land at 747 4th Avenue N, St. Petersburg closed Sept. 4 for a consideration of $3.485 million. The commercial properties span over 0.33 acres and are zoned for DC-2 use.
Plans for the construction of a 135-unit, 16-story apartment building with a parking garage had been previously fully approved by the City of St. Petersburg’s Development Review Committee. Potential structures include condominiums, rental apartments or other hospitality offerings. The site is within close proximity to the Central Avenue EDGE District, the St. Pete Pier and Beach Drive.
The seller, Fourth North Holdings LLC, acquired the properties in 2017. The buyer is St. Petersburg 102 FL LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The listing was provided by Oscar Marti with Concierge Realty Associates.
Mirror Lake office building sells
A one-story office building located at 248 Mirror Lake Drive N, St. Petersburg sold Sept. 4 for $1.04 million. The 1,917 heated square-foot structure was built in 1941 and sits on a .11-acre of land facing Mirror Lake. It is within walking distance to downtown businesses and restaurants.
The building provides four private offices, a lobby with a reception desk, an administrative nook, a kitchen/break room, two bathrooms, five parking spaces and a 270 square-foot one-car garage. Additional amenities include a fireplace, security system, hardwood floors and monument signage.
Backstreets Capital, co-founded in 2014 by Will Conroy and Craig Sher, purchased the building under the name Stone Pony LLC in 2020 for $501,000. The buyer, Baha Global LLC is based in Boca Raton, Florida.

A 14-unit garden and bungalow apartment community, encompassing three parcels of land at 810, 816 and 826 11th Street N, St. Petersburg, has listed for sale with an asking price of $2.285 million. Included are four studio, seven 1-bedroom/1-bath, two 2-bedroom/1-bath and one 2-bedroom/2-bath apartments, along with one single family home.
810 11th Street N is a two-structure property, built in 1920 and sitting on 0.14 acres. One building has 1,104 heated square-feet and the other provides 970 heated square feet and a 240 square-foot garage. 816 11th Street N is one story, 1,014 square-foot single family home built in 1925.
