A 6,218 square-foot condominium that expands throughout the entire sixth floor of Seaside at Belleair III, located at 3 Seaside Ln., Belleair, has listed with an asking price of $3.4 million. Unit 601 is being sold fully furnished and includes four bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Cleanout King property for sale in Lealman

The Cleanout King, an estate liquidation and auction house that has been in business for 10 years, is selling its warehouse property at 5205 Haines Rd., St. Petersburg for $859,900.

Located in the Lealman Community Redevelopment Area, the 1,885-square-foot structure, built in 1941 and renovated in 2012, is situated on a 0.2-acre parcel of land.

The property is zoned for multiple commercial uses, including warehouse, retail, storage or redevelopment. The secure and spacious fenced-in yard provides for parking or further expansion.

David Landsman, owner of The Cleanout King, Inc. and listing contact, may consider selling the business, provide owner-financing or offer a long-term lease option. He purchased the property in 2017 for $140,000.

Old Northeast 1925 home sells

The sale of an Old Northeast home, built in 1925, closed Nov. 3 for $990,000 following its listing one month prior.

The two-story residence, situated on a 0.13-acre parcel at 240 9th Avenue N., St. Petersburg, features three bedrooms, two full baths and one half-bath across 1,806 square feet of living space.

The enclosed front porch leads to the main level with a brick fireplace, built-in wall units, crown molding and a custom dining room bar. Also on this floor is a breakfast nook, a large walk-in pantry and a half bath.

Upstairs is the primary suite with an ensuite bath and his-and-her-closets, two guest rooms, a full bath and an office/bonus room.

The 264-square-foot one-car garage is wired for electricity and air-conditioned. The lot is large enough to add a pool and includes an oversized parking pad for two vehicles, a boat or RV.

 Excell Marble and Granite sells Warehouse Arts District properties

Six parcels of land located in the center of St. Petersburg’s Warehouse Arts District, comprising a combined 0.61 acres, sold Oct. 31 for $1.7 million, $150,000 below the list price.

Included in the sale is a 2,160 gross square-foot warehouse at 579 27th Street S., formerly occupied by the seller, Excell Marble and Granite, along with five adjacent vacant properties.

The warehouse, built in 1951, features an open floor plan with polished concrete floors, exposed ductwork, gallery-grade track lighting and custom finishes.

The parcels are zoned Industrial Transitional, allowing for light manufacturing, showroom or multifamily development through the Live Local Act.

The seller purchased the parcels in 2020 for $530,000. The natural stone and quartz supplier owns and maintains a warehouse at 1921 5th Avenue S.

The buyer, owner and operator of A-1 Recovery, Inc., a towing and parking lot management company based in Oldsmar, made the purchase under the registered name 579 27th St. S., LLC.

Largo Feed and Animal Supply property for sale

A nearly century-old building at 206 W. Bay Drive, Largo, serving as a single-tenant retail property, has entered the market with an asking price of $1.2 million.

Built in 1926, the two-story structure, with 9,386 square feet on the ground level and 2,620 square feet of office space upstairs, is situated on a 0.45-acre parcel of land. Largo Feed & Animal Supply, which occupies the building, holds a long-term lease.

In the rear of the property is a private parking lot and a loading dock that is convenient for deliveries, operations and customer access.

The owner is the founder of the business and may consider a buyout. He purchased the property in 1992 for $239,100.

Palm Harbor Hotel changes ownership

The Vue Lake Tarpon, a four story, 53,446-gross-square-foot hospitality property at 37611 US Highway 19 N., Palm Harbor, is under new ownership following a closing Nov. 3 for its sale for a price of $8.7 million.

Built in 1998 and renovated in 2003, the 95-unit hotel is situated on a 4.74-acre parcel that is a four-minute walk to Lake Tarpon and a 15-minute walk to Anderson Park.

Each of the guestrooms feature a kitchen and private balcony with water views. Amenities include a pool, fitness center and on-site restaurant. A 1,000-square-foot conference space can hold meetings or events.

The seller, Florida SF Manager, LLC, based in Fort Myers, purchased the property under the registered name RT 2 Investments, LLC in 2021 for $6.9 million. The purchaser was Rosemurgy Franchise Management, LLC based in Tampa.
