Places This Week: Gulfport estate lists for $5.7 million

A three-story waterfront estate at 6224 Pasadena Point Boulevard, in the Pasadena Yacht and Country Club community of Gulfport, has listed for $5.7 million.

Built in 2002, the 10,000 gross square-foot property features four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half-bath. It sits on a half-acre lot with open water views of Boca Ciega Bay.

The 3,030-square-foot main level is accessed from an elevated courtyard with cast-stone and travertine finishes. The entry rotunda foyer features 25-foot high ceilings and cherrywood and marble floors. The living room is designed with a custom-made entertainment center, coffered ceilings and a marble-encased fireplace.

The chef’s kitchen is equipped with convection and gas cooking, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a built-in Miele coffee system, a large walk-in pantry, a butler’s pantry and a multi-level breakfast bar. An executive office provides custom built-ins and a double-sided fireplace, and a guest bedroom suite is adjacent to a luxury bath.

The expansive primary suite is located on the 2,244-square-foot upper story. It features a double-sided fireplace that separates the bedroom from a sitting area accented with a built-in entertainment center and a balcony. The ensuite bath offers marble and granite surfaces, a microjet spa tub, designer vanities and a glass enclosed marble rain shower/steam room. Two ensuite guest bedrooms are also located on this level.

On the 3,507-square-foot ground floor is a three-car garage and additional space for storage, fitness or gaming activities.

Outside is a 460-square-foot covered lounging/dining deck, a PebbleTec pool, an elevated spa overlooking the water, a composite dock with a 16,000-pound boat lift and 135 feet of waterfrontage.

The seller, represented by Dania Perry with Century 21 Jim White & Associates, purchased the property in 2009 for $2.5 million.

Two adjacent restaurants and properties for sale in Palm Harbor

Two Palm Harbor restaurants and accompanying real estate, located next door to one another on Florida Avenue, have together listed for an unknown amount. Both establishments feature fully equipped kitchens and turnkey operations.

The Salty Lime, at 1019 Florida Avenue, is a Mexican cantina that serves lunch, dinner and a weekend brunch. The 0.14-acre property provides a 2,661 heated-square-foot structure built in 1948, a 100-square-foot canopy area and a 133-square-foot detached utility space. The restaurant seats approximately 150 guests, both indoors and outdoors. Five parking spaces are available onsite.

The Thirsty Marlin, at 1023 Florida Avenue, is a bar and grill that has been in business for over two decades. It comprises three structures built in 1950 and 1982, with a combined 5,427 gross square feet. The restaurant provides both indoor and outdoor seating for over 200 guests, and the 0.43-acre lot allows rear parking for 14 vehicles.

The seller and owner, Brian P. St. Arnold, purchased 1019 Florida Ave. in 2016 for $175,000, and 1023 Florida Avenue in 2000 for $390,000. Scott Dobbins, Justin Boudreau and Griffin M. Alstott with Hybridge Commercial Real Estate are the listing agents.

The Cloisters of Beach Drive penthouse lists

A 5,100-square-foot condominium spread out across the entire 14th floor of The Cloisters of Beach Drive, at 288 Beach Drive NE, St. Petersburg, has listed for $4.5 million. It features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half-bath.

The 32-unit boutique complex was built in 1999 and designed by architect Randy Wedding, who served as Mayor of St. Petersburg from 1973 to 1975. Wedding is also known for designing the original Busch Gardens, and the architect behind the restoration of the Vinoy Renaissance Hotel.

Unit PH2A is accessed by an elevator that opens directly into the condominium’s private foyer. Inside is a living area with walnut hardwood floors, 10-foot ceilings, crown moldings, skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors. A U-shaped gourmet kitchen is equipped with a gas range, bar seating and a walk-in pantry.

The primary suite features a floor-to-ceiling custom cherry wood closet and a soaking tub that looks out to water views. Additional spaces consist of a formal dining room, an executive home office with custom built-ins and a laundry room.

Highlights include seven private balconies with water and city views, motorized window treatments, ground floor storage and four assigned ground-level covered parking spaces. Building amenities include an onsite concierge Monday through Friday, a club room, lap pool and dedicated backup generator.

St. Pete Beach storefront for under $400,000

A move-in-ready, corner unit storefront property at 6630 Gulf Boulevard, St. Pete Beach has listed for $349,000. Located in a five-unit shopping plaza, the 718-square-foot space is owned and occupied by Total Guitar, Inc., d/b/a St. Pete Guitars.

The layout is well suited for retail, studio or professional services use. Highlights include newer HVAC, professionally rewired electrical throughout, all LED energy efficient lighting, an all-steel electric security gate, remodeled bathrooms, a showroom, storage rooms and a workshop.

The property provides street parking, easy access and high visibility on Gulf Boulevard, and is within walking distance to the beach, hotels, dining and attractions.

North Kenwood three-building warehouse lists

A three-building light manufacturing warehouse at 1444 19th Street N., St. Petersburg has entered the market with an asking price of $1.1 million.

The 4,709-square-foot property comprises three interconnected and remodeled block buildings, situated on a 0.16-acre parcel of land in the North Kenwood area.

Structure 1 was built in 1955 and provides 914 square feet of showroom/office space. It features central heat and air and a roof that was replaced in 2019. Structure 2 was built in 1952 and offers 1,395 square feet of open warehouse space and two ADA compliant restrooms. Its roof was replaced in 2014. Structure 3 is a 2,400-square-foot warehouse space built in 1966 with a new roof installed in 2025. It also features a 312-square-foot spray room with a fire door, two sprinklers, exterior ventilation and explosion proof wiring.

All three buildings are freshly painted, with aluminum soffits and gutters and new epoxy floors in the showroom.

The property includes five parking spaces in the rear and is located in a non-flood zone across from Woodlawn Park with easy access to I-275 and downtown St. Petersburg.

Largo strip mall sells within 24 hours

The sale of a two-tenant strip mall at 2401 East Bay Drive, Largo closed May 19, within 24 hours of being listed. Following multiple offers, the property sold for the full asking price of $2.6 million.

The 4,680-square-foot structure, built in 2004, is occupied by Starbucks and Goldflower, a medical cannabis dispensary. Each hold triple-net leases, with minimum landlord responsibilities. Starbucks has operated at the location for more than two decades and recently extended its lease through 2031, with renewal options through 2051.

Located at a signalized intersection of Starkey Road and East Bay Drive, the 0.8-acre property features a drive-thru, expansive parking and easy access to both roadways. Traffic counts exceed approximately 62,000 vehicles per day.

The seller, a Washington limited liability company, purchased the property under the registered name PMC Enterprises II, LLC in 2007 for $2.37 million. The buyer, Risal Holdings, LLC, is a Tampa limited liability company.
