A waterfront estate at 1936 Coffee Pot Boulevard NE, St. Petersburg has hit the market for $8.8 million. The property last sold in 2020 for $2.8 million.

The two-story home, with 5,071 square feet of living space, was built in 2019 and features five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one half-bath.

The 2,404 square-foot main level features an open-concept living area and dining room with panoramic Bayou views. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a large center island, dual ovens and dishwashers, and a butler’s pantry with a beverage center, ice maker and wet bar.

All of the bedrooms feature an ensuite bath, including a primary suite on the first floor. The 2,667 square-foot upper level provides the second primary suite with two dressing rooms and a bonus room with a wet bar and refrigerator.

Outside are covered patios, a lanai and a saltwater pool and spa. A private garden with mature landscaping provides open-water views. The rear-facing, 653 square-foot two-car garage has space to accommodate a lift.

Highlights include an elevator, 10-foot ceilings, a whole-house generator and impact resistant windows and doors.

The single-family home is situated on two combined lots, and two deep water lots, included with the sale, sit on the other side of Coffee Pot Boulevard. The total land area comprises 0.62 acres.

Redevelopment opportunity at Derby Lane entrance

A 1.5-acre parcel of land at 10568 Gandy Boulevard N., St. Petersburg has listed for $2.5 million. The property is located at the entrance of and surrounded on three sides by Derby Lane (aka Win Derby), the former greyhound racing enterprise.

The two structures on the property, built in 1947 and 1957 and comprising a total of 17,045 square feet, are within an AE flood zone. Both have severe mold and flooding damage and will need to be demolished.

Featured on the property is a leased billboard which brings in approximately $5,000 annually.

427 Capital, LLC acquired the property in 2025 for $50,000 following the bankruptcy of Three Stooges & You, LLC which purchased the property in 2018 for $1.8 million.

Clearwater Beach estate sells

Listed in May for $7.5 million, a waterfront estate built by Monogram at 755 Bay Esplanade, Clearwater Beach sold Dec. 19 for $6.06 million.

The 9,112 gross square-foot residence features 5,507 square feet of living space across two floors with five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one half-bath, including an in-law suite with its own entrance. Additional rooms include a chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances powered by natural gas, an executive office and two laundry rooms.

Outside is approximately 1,300 square feet of garage space, a pool, an oversized dock with a 30,000-pound boat lift and 150 feet of waterfrontage on Mandalay Channel.

Situated on two oversized lots totaling 0.38-acres, the home is elevated above the flood plain and did not sustain any damage from last season’s hurricanes.

The seller, represented by Justin Helmus with The Shop Real Estate Co., purchased the property in 2008 for $1.33 million. The buyer was represented by Stewart DeVore with Re/Max Action First of Florida.

Kenneth City multifamily for sale

A fully-renovated commercial multifamily property with eight units at 6538 42nd Avenue N., Kenneth City has listed for $1.9 million.

Built in 1958, the four structures, ranging in size from 1,218 to 1,296 square feet, comprise a total 5,028 square feet of living space.  Each building provides two units with two bedrooms and one bath – all currently leased.

Recent updates include kitchens with shaker-style cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances; modern tilework, vanities, fixtures and hardware in the bathrooms, new baseboards and crown moldings; and in-unit washers and dryers.

The seller, under the registered name Balope Investments, purchased the property in 2023 for $1.78 million.

Clearwater buffet restaurant and property for sale

Property occupied by Golden Fried Chicken Buffet at 4535 East Bay Dr., Clearwater has entered the market for $3.5 million. The sale also includes the business, which has only been open since Dec. 18.  Previously the property had been home to a Pizza Hut restaurant.

The one-story, 2,590 square-foot structure was built in 1999 and is situated on a 0.57-acre corner signalized lot. It provides 40 parking spaces with ingress/egress and cross access with Newport Square, a 34,360 square-foot office center.

Zoned for commercial general, the property is being sold fully furnished and has passed all inspections. It also features a drive-thru window and pylon signage.

Neighboring businesses include Publix, Harbor Freight, Burlington’s, Esporta Fitness and Family Dollar.

The seller and owner, Serey Siev, purchased the property under the registered name PLS Partnership, LLC in 2024 for $1.35 million. The owner is the listing contact.

Dunedin’s Pirate’s Cove Marina & Boat Club sells

The sale of Pirate’s Cove Marina & Boat Club at 2400 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, along with an adjacent vacant lot at 2401 Baywood Drive E., closed Dec. 17 for $5.4 million.

The Marina & Boat Club is a one-structure property, built in 1968, with a 2,250 heated square-foot space for sales and a garage with 15,570 gross square feet. It sits on 1.3 acres. The vacant lot measures 2,583 square feet.

The property had first been listed in 2022 and again in 2024.

The seller, Pirate’s Cove Holdings, LLC, purchased the two parcels in 2014 for $300,000. The buyer, Chamonix Yacht Management, based in Miami, made the purchase under the registered name Chamonix Marina, LLC.
