A 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home, with 80 feet of Tampa Bay waterfrontage, sold March 6 for $1.28 million, seven percent above the list price of $1.19 million.

Located at 501 22nd Ave. SE, in the Old Southeast neighborhood, this 2,377 square-foot property offers unobstructed views of downtown St. Petersburg, Lassing Park and, on a clear day, downtown Tampa. Built in 1957, features include a Florida room that runs the length of the back of the house, a stacked stone woodburning fireplace, original terrazzo floors and a two-car attached garage.

The home, needing renovation, sits on a 9,553 square-foot lot with room to accommodate a lap pool and spa.

The property was last purchased in 1970 for $27,500. The listing agents were Suzanne Freese and Barb Rowland with HomeSmart. The buyer was represented by Non-Realtor with Steller Non-Member Office.

Gulfport home across from Clymer Park lists

A 4-bedroom, 4-bath, 2,978 square-foot home located at 2531 Beach Blvd. S., Gulfport has listed for $1.6 million. Built in 2020, it sits on a 7,680 square-foot lot, across the street from Clymer Park.

The entrance door off of the front porch opens to a living/dining room area with 14-foot ceilings, ceramic tile flooring and sliders with access to the back patio.  The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, an eight-foot-long island, quartz counters and a pantry. Redington Beach home sells

A 4,570 square-foot home sitting on a 9,500 square-foot deep beachfront lot with natural sand dunes sold March 5 for $5.3 million – $200k below the list price. The 5-bedroom, 6-bath property, located at 15520 Gulf Blvd. in Redington Beach, was last purchased in 2014 for $1.85 million. Originally built in 1998, the home was upgraded and expanded in 2015 with renovations valued at over $220,000.

The first floor provides an open-concept living room with high ceilings, custom moldings, light hardwood flooring and a natural gas fireplace. The formal dining room and spacious curved kitchen island allow ample seating for family and friends. The kitchen features solid wood cabinetry, Cambria quartz countertops and Sub-zero and Wolf appliances.

The second level houses the master suite with angled picture windows offering panoramic views. Two king-sized guest bedroom suites and the laundry room are also on this floor. On the top level are a family room with sweeping Gulf views and two additional guest bedrooms and adjoining baths.

 St. Pete Beach retail complex for sale

A two-unit retail complex, with addresses at 7612/7618 Blind Pass Road in St. Pete Beach, has listed for $1.75 million. The 3,600 square-foot building is adjacent to the Corey Avenue Shopping District and one block from the water.

Currently, the space is 100% leased to two restaurant tenants – Nori Thai and RipTides – with each unit encompassing 1,530 square feet. One of the leases is up for renewal in September of this year. The one-story block building, built in 1983, sits on nearly one-half acre of land and includes more than 30 parking spaces.

The property was last purchased by Fred Buns in 1995 for $335,600 and then granted to Blind Pass Properties III LLC in 2015. Renovations and improvements valued at over $53,000 have been made since 2003.

Built in 1990 and renovated in 2023, this one-story, 3,440 square-foot car condominium, located at 6692 119th Ave., sits on a 0.22-acre lot. It is vacant and ready for immediate occupancy. The property is strategically located for easy transportation and zoned for a variety of business purposes.

Highlights include four bay doors allowing ample room to house and work on vehicles, two separated garage spaces, a contemporary office area situated between the two garages and a brand-new air-conditioning system providing climate control year-round.

The property was last purchased in 2021 for $350,000. Bidding starts April 15.

4th St. medical building property for sale

A two-tenant medical building, located at 9675 4th St. in St. Peterburg, has listed with an asking price of $4.67 million. The one-story, 14,960 square-foot structure was built in 2023 and sits on a 1.6-acre waterfront lot. The property is situated at the junction where Gandy Blvd. feeds into 4th St. N.

The two tenants in the building have signed long-term leases. One tenant, Precision Health Solutions, is a regional diagnostic laboratory specializing in personalized medicine and molecular diagnostics. The other is Veterinary Emergency Group with over 60 locations nationwide.

The current owner, BDG 9675, LLC, with offices in Pinellas Park, purchased the property and a former structure in 2017 for $2.125 million.
