Places This Week: Seminole Lake estate lists
A weekly roundup of notable local real estate news.
A waterfront 3,126 square-foot home at 9031 Baywood Park Dr., in the Seminole Lake Country Club neighborhood of Seminole, just hit the market with an asking price of $1.099 million.
The two-story, 4,190 gross square-foot property was built in 1980 and provides five bedrooms and three full baths. The elevated home sits on a three-quarter-acre lot with 306 feet of waterfront.
The 1,776 heated square-foot lower-level features wood and tile flooring, a family room with a large brick fireplace and built-in cabinets, a combination living and dining area, a kitchen with dark wood cabinets and a center island, a guest bedroom with a full bath and a 488 square-foot screened porch with brick floors and views of the backyard and the Cross Bayou estuary.
Up the wood staircase is the 1,350 heated square-foot second floor with an expansive master bedroom and bath, three guest bedrooms and an additional guest bath. A 576-square-foot, two-car garage is attached to the home. A new roof and the garage door were replaced this year.
Seminole Lake Country Club’s amenities include golf, tennis, pickleball, a large swimming pool, workout facilities, a clubhouse and a restaurant.

Snell Isle estate sells
First listed in March 2024 for $10.9 million, a Snell Isle neighborhood estate with five bedrooms, six full baths and three half-baths sold Dec. 5 for $6.8 million. Located at 2020 Brightwaters Boulevard NE., St. Petersburg, the two-story property offers 11,884 gross square feet on a 0.43-acre lot with 102 feet of waterfrontage.
The grand foyer, crafted with bespoke millwork, leads to a great hall with 20-foot-high ceilings and a sweeping spiral staircase ascending to the second floor. The dining room offers a butler’s pantry and a separate serving area. The chef’s kitchen features Sub-Zero and Viking appliances. A commercial-rated 2,000-pound elevator with mahogany-lined walls and a chandelier adds convenience and accessibility.
The owner’s retreat spans the entire south wing of the second floor with a spa-like bath and two oversized walk-in closets with custom cabinets. Additional highlights include a state-of-the-art theater with seating for eight; a billiards game room; a full sauna and spa; and a separate staff quarters or in-law suite with a kitchen, walk-in closet, full bath and private entry.

The seller, represented by Justin Smith with Smith & Associate Real Estate, purchased the property in 2011 for $3.2 million. The buyer was represented by Alona Dishy with Re/Max Metro.
Crosswinds Shopping Center sells
Crosswinds Shopping Center, a 154,986 gross square foot property located at 2028-2060 66th Street N., St. Petersburg, sold Nov. 15 for $20.5 million. Crim & Associates, an Atlanta, Georgia-based, family-owned commercial real estate company specializing in retail and mixed-use developments; and Wallace Properties, an asset and property management firm based in Smyrna, Georgia, are the purchasers.
The property consists of five buildings situated on an 11.07-acre plot of land. They were constructed between 1971 and 1990 and range from 2,460 to 61,664 gross square feet. Current tenants include Bealls, Michaels, Marshalls and Havertys Furniture.
The seller, Cambridge Investors, a Michigan-based private equity firm, purchased the property under the registered name Crosswinds St. Pete LLC in 2005 for $19.6 million. The listing was provided by Pierce Mayson, Kyle Stonis and Boris Shilkrot of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. NorthBridge Commercial Real Estate Group, which represented the buyers in the sale, will be in charge of leasing and property management.
St. Petersburg industrial buildings lists
An industrial warehouse property, situated on a 0.32-acre parcel of land at 4211 31st Street N., St. Petersburg, has listed for sale for $1.6 million.
The 4,960 square-foot pre-engineered metal structure with a corrugated metal roof was built in 1992. Included is a 960 square-foot working space with a reception area, private offices, a full bathroom and storage. A 960-square-foot loft above the office provides additional storage space. The 4,000 square-foot warehouse features five 14-foot overhead doors, one of which is motorized.
Also included with the sale is a 0.32-acre vacant lot, adjacent to the property, with a double-gated entrance and a concrete slab perimeter on three sides, off of 42nd Avenue N.
The seller, Jacob Brewer, with Clearwater’s Gulf Coast Marine Construction, purchased the property under the registered name JC Brewer LLC in June 2024 for $1 million. The listing is provided by Rizzo & Associates, Inc.
Grand Central District retail sells
The sale of a two-tenant retail property, located at 3023 Central Ave., St. Petersburg, closed Dec. 2 for $740,000. The one-story, 1,800 heated square-foot structure was built in 1957 and is situated on a 0.10-acre parcel of land with 45 feet of frontage on Central Avenue.
The property has three separate front and back doors, thereby providing the opportunity for three independent retail or office spaces, each with its own bathroom. The property is currently one hundred percent occupied.
Highlights include 10 dedicated parking spaces, CCT-2 zoning (allowing for multiple uses), tenant-controlled HVAC, signage and a SunRunner bus stop one block away.
The seller, Wallens Group Inc., under the registered name SP First LLC, was represented by Debbie Reeser with Commercial Partners Realty. The company purchased the property in 2018 for $200,000. The buyer, Lev Mosheyev, was represented by Zachary Campbell, with Engel & Völkers Real Estate.
4th Street retail/office building sells
A 24,423 gross square-foot retail and office center located at 1914 4th Street N., St. Petersburg, sold Dec. 3 for $5.95 million, $1 million less than the original asking price of $6.99 million. The one-building, two-story structure was built in 1925 and is situated on 1.27 acres of land.
The property is one hundred percent occupied with six tenants, including Outback Steakhouse, Panera Bread, St. Petersburg Dental Studio, Red Effect Infrared Fitness, McLain Foods, Inc. and Voyage Med Spa. Dimensions for each space range from 1,411 to 8,463 square feet. Tenants’ leases are set to expire between 2025 and 2029, with various options to renew.
Highlights include a strategic location, tenant-controlled HVAC, a courtyard, 127 parking spaces and 130 feet of frontage on 4th Street N. with shared ingress and egress. The sale also included a 0.27-acre vacant property on 20th Avenue N.
The seller, represented by Ripco Investment Sales, purchased the two parcels in 2021 for $5.3 million.
