Places This Week: St. Pete church, shopping centers sell

A weekly roundup of local real estate deals. 

 

Euclid Mansion sells 

The church at 919 10th Ave. N. in St. Petersburg, referred to as the Euclid Mansion, has sold. 

Treehouse Development Group LLC, an entity connected to Noam Krasniansky, purchased the 13,000-square-foot church in a $1.1 million deal from Paradise Ventures.

The three-story brick building is in the Historic Uptown/Euclid St. Paul neighborhood. Constructed in the late 1930s, it was originally a Methodist Episcopal Church.

The site consists of one contiguous 0.3-acre parcel. It’s adjacent to the Euclid School House property at 1090 10th St. N., which was recently purchased and redeveloped into 16 multifamily apartment units.

The property was previously listed for $1.2 million and advertised as an “adaptive reuse” site. 

 

Seminole Oaks Shopping Center sells 

The roughly 65,000-square-foot Seminole Oaks Shopping Center has sold. 

Largo-based Equity Management Partners sold the Winn-Dixie-anchored plaza, located at 10202 Seminole Blvd. in Seminole, in a $11.8 million deal to Seminole Oaks Plaza LLC. 

The 7.63-acre property consists of several buildings with tenants including Subway, Moschino Nail Spa, Great Clips, Leslie’s Pool Supplies, Little Caesars Pizza, Oh! Gelato Cafe and other businesses. 

The center was built in 2004. 

The buyer took out a $10.9 million loan from United Community Bank. 

 

Tarpon retail center sells 

The Meres Shopping Center in Tarpon Springs has sold in a $7.2 million deal. 

The roughly 50,000-square-foot center at 1171 S. Pinellas Ave. sold to Tarpon Meres Plaza LLC, an entity connected to a Tampa law firm.

The tenants include Dunkin Donuts, Leslie’s Pool Supplies, Fantastic Sams and other businesses. 

The center was built in 2009. A new multifamily development opened south of the site. 

 

Treasure Island motel sells 

The Arvilla Resort and Motel in Treasure Island has sold in a $4.8 million deal.

The 15-unit motel at 11580 Gulf Blvd., which has beachfront access, was sold to ATM Arvilla LLC, an entity connected to Red Effect Infrared Fitness Founder and CEO Allie Mallad. 

The two-story Old Florida motel was constructed in 1950. The property features an outdoor swimming pool and private parking. 

The buyer took out a $2.88 million loan from Bank OZK for the purchase. 

 

Redington Beach estate sells for over $5 million 

A 5,110-square-foot waterfront Redington Beach estate has sold in a $5.3 million deal.

All three floors in the four-bedroom home feature views of the Gulf of Mexico. The main suite has a private balcony. 

The home also has an elevator, a five-car garage and an outdoor saltwater pool, according to the listing. 

The property was previously listed for $4.9 million. It last sold in 2020 for $4.5 million.

Housing authority sells residential lots 

Through the Pinellas County Community Housing’s land trust, the county sold multiple lots in the Townhomes at Creek Park development. 

Canadian-based hospitality and real estate management firm Obsidian Group Inc. purchased the 20-plus lots in a $7.5 million deal. 

The community, which started to become developed in 1997, mostly features midsize homes.
