Places This Week: Tarpon Springs horse property on the market

A horse property that spreads out over three parcels in Tarpon Springs has listed for sale for $3.5 million. 1130 Anclote Rd. is a two-story, single-family home with 3,797 heated square feet that is situated on a 0.8-acre plot of land.
The custom-built four-bedroom, four full bath and one half-bath residence was built in 1999 and features a media room, double-sided fireplace, a wine room and bar, a screened-in pool and spa and outdoor seating with a firepit. Two additional parcels of wooded vacant land, one with 14.22 acres and the other with 1.21 acres, are included in the sale.
Also on site are a 24-stall barn with tack, feed and an office, a mobile home and a barn apartment. The combined 16.23 acres with trails for walking and riding, could be used as an Airbnb, an equestrian business, training facility or horse breeding farm.
The seller purchased the property at 1130 Anclote and the adjacent 14.22-acre vacant parcel in 1996 for $300,000. The 1.21-acre parcel was purchased in 2004 for $64,700.

Coffee Pot Bayou estate lists
A waterfront estate located at 2926 Coffee Pot Boulevard NE in the Old Northeast Neighborhood of St. Petersburg has listed for $7.9 million. The two-story, 8,038 gross square-foot home, with 5,883 square feet of living space, was built in 2022 and is situated on a 0.55-acre corner lot with 100 feet of waterfrontage on Coffee Pot Bayou. Mandalay Beach Club Penthouse sells
A 14th floor penthouse residence in the Mandalay Beach Club, at 11 San Marco St., Clearwater, sold Dec. 9 for $4 million. Unit 1402 is a 3,500 square-foot, four-bedroom, three-bath apartment with sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condominium complex was built in 2002.
The main living area features 10-foot ceilings, modern finishes, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and a formal dining room with crown molding. The kitchen provides top-of-the-line appliances, a breakfast bar, marble countertops and custom cabinetry. The master suite offers two custom walk-in closets; an ensuite bath with quartz countertops, white cabinetry, double sinks, a jetted tub and a glass walk-in-shower with a dual temperature control system; and a balcony with a western view. A second primary suite has a sitting area, a large walk-in closet, a bath with two vanities and a glass walk-in shower and a balcony facing east. Clearwater Industrial Park properties sell
The sale of three parcels of land in Clearwater’s Airport Industrial Park—4400, 4600 and 4800 140th Avenue N., Clearwater— was recorded with the Pinellas County Clerk’s office Dec. 10 for a combined purchase price of $19.05 million.
4400 140th Avenue N. is a one story, concrete block structure with 43,824 heated square feet, divided into separate office, retail and service areas. It was built in 1988 and is situated on 4.55 acres of land. The property also includes a 2,936 gross square-foot loading platform. 4600 140th Avenue N. is a 50,412 gross square-foot structure built in 1988 and situated on a 4.75-acre plot of land. 4800 140th Avenue was built in 1983 and features 61,884 gross square feet of office space, loading platforms and porches. It sits on 5.33 acres of land.
The seller, Albany Road Real Estate Partners, a Boston, Massachusetts based private equity real estate firm, purchased the three properties in 2019 for $15.39 million. The buyer is i3 Investors, an Indianapolis-based private real estate investment firm focused on industrial properties. The company, which secured a $11.7 million mortgage with GSF 2023 1 LLC, purchased the properties under the registered name Clearwater Realty IN, LLC.
Largo Lake Apartments list for sale
A two-building, fully occupied apartment complex, located at 185 and 199 Fulton Street NE, Largo, has listed for sale with an asking price of $1.998 million. Each building provides four two-bedroom, one-bath units.
Both 185 and 199 Fulton Street are 3,080 gross square feet structures that were built in 1971 and sit on 0.21-acres parcels of land with 124 feet of lake waterfrontage. Five units rent for $1,500 per month, two rent for $1,600 per month, and one recently renovated unit brings in $2,500 per month. All units have tile flooring and the buildings provide laundry facilities and storage rooms.
Recent upgrades include a new drainage system for the lake, fresh exterior paint and updated lighting. The owner is responsible for taxes, insurance, repairs and water/trash/sewage. The properties are within walking distance to shopping malls, grocery stores, banks and schools.

Former St. Pete Beach Smileys Snack Shack sells
Following over two years on the market, an oversized lot with a vacated commercial building at 3700 Gulf Blvd., St. Pete Beach, sold Dec. 6 for $2.5 million—$1 million below the original asking price.
The 1,333 gross square-foot, one-story structure was formerly occupied by Smileys Snack Shack and is situated on a .39-acre of land between The Don Cesar and Tradewinds Resort. The building features two bathrooms, a renovated patio area for outdoor seating and 158 feet of frontage on Gulf Boulevard.
The property has RFM zoning which allows for multiple uses, including multi-family, medical, restaurant or bar establishment, offices or retail.
The seller, Smileys Snack Shack-St Pete Beach Inc purchased the property under the registered name Nicklaus Investment Enterprises Inc. in 2003 for $800,000. The buyers are St. Petersburg companies Dodo Investments LLC and Sand Key Consulting LLC, under the registered name 3700 Gulf Blvd LLC.
