$7.9 million Dunedin estate lists
Completed earlier this year, a two-story, 7,931-square-foot Dunedin estate at 1516 Bayshore Boulevard, has listed for $7.9 million. The residence, with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, sits on a 1.1-acre lot with 134 feet of Intracoastal Waterway frontage.

Downtown Wilson Building enters market
The Wilson Building, a mixed-use property in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, has entered the market for $10.9 million. Located at 235-239 2nd Avenue S., the two-story structure, with 22,800 square feet, was built in 1924 and renovated in 2022.

1925 two-story St. Pete home closes
Listed in January for $1.3 million, a single-family home at 534 1st Street N., St. Petersburg sold June 12 for $1.2 million. The century-old two-story structure, with 1,226 square feet on the first floor and 780 upstairs, features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half-bath.
The main level provides a living room with a gas-burning fireplace, a guest bedroom and a chef’s kitchen with natural gas appliances and a dedicated wine bar and coffee station. Upstairs is the primary suite and a guest bedroom with a reading nook and walk-in closet.

Clearwater Professional Center for sale
The Power Professional Center, a four-story medical and office building at 401 Corbett Street in Clearwater, has entered the market with a list price of $5 million.
The 46,464-square-foot property, built in 1985, has units ranging in size from 197 to 4,519 square feet. Approximately 70% are occupied with 14 tenants; seven suites are vacant. Ten tenants have no remaining lease options, allowing the new owner to negotiate renewals. Currently, leases for most units are set to expire between February 2027 and September 2032.
Located adjacent to BayCare’s Morton Plant Hospital, the 1.71-acre parcel of land provides surface parking for 160 vehicles.

Belleair Bluffs mixed use property sells
The sale of a mixed-use commercial and residential property at 400 Indian Rocks Road N. in Belleair Bluffs closed June 5 for a sales price of $2.3 million. It was listed a year ago for $2.6 million.
The property features one 3,090-square-foot one-story structure built in 1960, and one 5,700-square-foot two-story structure built in 1984. Inside are four commercial suites and three residential units, all of which were occupied at the time of the sale.
Both buildings have been updated, including new roofs, electrical and HVAC systems.
The 0.36-acre corner lot provides 30 parking spaces, illuminated pylon signage and 118 feet of frontage on Indian Rocks Road. It is located near major retail and dining establishments and serves nearby beach communities.
The seller, La Croix Apartments, LLC, acquired the property in 2021 for $1.7 million. The buyer closed the sale under the registered name BAM VM Properties, LLC.
