“Many commercial pro’s have brokered a deal with Stevens over the years,” said Founding Principal, Rokki Rogan. “What’s more, he understands the intricacies of property management, and how valuable that service is for our clients.”
An active member of the Tampa Bay community, Stevens has served as President of the Brandon 86 Rotary, Trustee Polk Museum of Art, Gala Chair Polk Museum of Art, Plant City YMCA Board Member, Metro YMCA Oversight Committee, and Co-Chair of the Florida State University Real Estate Network and Trends Conference.
Stevens is a long-time leader for NAIOP, serving as President and Board Member of the National, State, and Tampa chapters, and is 2020 Co-Chair / 2021 Chairman for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Florida convention.
