And by the way, Publix has consistently ‘stayed the course’ with respect to customer service and satisfaction. Even when competitors were nipping at their heels, they have been true to their mission and values. (And I go there a LOT.) never have I asked a question or had a complaint that I felt it was not the person in front of me’s personal quest, to have me leave happy.
