The Studio@620 celebrates 14 successful years with a birthday bash

It’s been 14 years since Bob Devin Jones and David Ellis co-founded The Studio@620 as a place for St. Petersburg’s creativity and curiosity to meet and mingle, forming firm bonds that help shape and define our community. Today, the venue is a gallery, a performance space and an incubator where art, music, dance, theater, spoken word – and more – come together for artistic exploration.

Downtown residents and businesses are invited to get to know the studio and one another at Coffee & Conversation at Studio@620 on Thursday, June 14 at 8am. 

On Saturday, June 16, everyone is welcome to attend the 14th birthday bash, with desserts, dancing and surprises. The address, of course, is 620 1st Ave. S. And the event begins precisely at 6:20 p.m.

Artistic Director Jones, along with Executive Director Barbara Mazer Gross, stopped by the Catalyst studio to talk about the past, the present and the bound-to-be exciting future. Have a listen:
