Tiger Bay webinar June 16 to feature Pinellas legislative delegation

Six members of the Pinellas legislative delegation will discuss the 2021 legislative session at the next Suncoast Tiger Bay Forum, Wednesday, June 16 at noon.

The live, one-hour webinar, streamed via Zoom, brings together Senator Jeff Brandes, District 24; Senator Darryl Rouson, District 19; Rep. Ben Diamond, District 68;  Rep. Traci Koster, District 64; Rep. Chris Latvala, District 67; and Rep. Michele Rayner, District 70.

Peter Schorsch moderates the session, in which the lawmakers will discuss key issues, bills passed and more. The 2021 legislative session in Tallahassee was like no other. Even with the state still in the grip of a global pandemic and the capitol closed to all but lawmakers and their teams, the process of legislating had to continue.

Viewers will have the opportunity to submit questions during the discussion for a Q&A to follow.
