Businesses, residents celebrate Localtopia

Thousands of people poured into the streets surrounding Williams Park Saturday for Localtopia – St. Pete’s largest celebration of all things local. 

Organization Keep St. Petersburg Local (KSPL), which founded the annual spring event, estimated that the festival would attract more than 40,000 attendees, the unofficial headcount of last year’s event. 

Over 300 local businesses from herbalists, artists and groups gathered at the park along with the largest lineup of food trucks the event organizers have seen.
