Places This Week: 1941 Belleair estate lists for $6.5 million

Located in the Willadel subdivision of Belleair, a 7,559-square-foot estate at 155 Willadel Drive has listed for $6.5 million. The two-story residence, built in 1941, features seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one half-bath.

A double entry door off of the circular driveway opens to a foyer and the expansive 5,235-square-foot main level. Inside is a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, an adjacent sitting room, a formal dining room with an adjoining butler’s pantry, a great room with 20-foot ceilings and a gas fireplace, and a bonus room.

Separating the dining and great rooms is a gourmet kitchen designed with double islands, custom cabinetry and stone countertops, and equipped with Wolfe, Sub-Zero and Thermador appliances. Also downstairs are four bedrooms, two of which include ensuite baths and two that share Jack-and-Jill bathrooms.

Two staircases and an elevator provide access to the 2,324-square-foot upper level with a layout that includes the primary suite, with two walk-in closets and a private balcony, and two additional ensuite bedrooms.

Downtown’s Station House enters market

Station House, a five-story mixed-use building at 260 1st Avenue S. in downtown St. Petersburg, has entered the market for an unknown price. Originally built in 1911 as a fire station and train depot, and fully renovated in 2018, the property is currently designed as a membership-based workspace.

The building provides 29,863 heated square feet that is divided equally between co-working areas and private offices, and multi-floor retail, restaurant and event spaces. A full break kitchen is located on each of the three mixed-use levels.

Outdoor spaces include a fourth-floor rooftop terrace with a 1,675-square-foot lower deck and a 1,000-square-foot upper deck, as well as 1,938 square-feet of balcony space on the second, fourth and fifth floors.

Situated on a 0.21-acre parcel of land, the property comes fully furnished and includes a functional commercial bank vault. Capital improvements include a new roof in 2015, a new chiller in 2022 and an upgraded elevator system in 2024.

Dedicated parking is available in the McNulty parking garage located next door.

1910 Beach Drive bed and breakfast for sale

The Beach Drive Inn, a bed and breakfast at 532 Beach Drive NE, St. Petersburg, has listed for $2.7 million. Built in 1910, the two story structure features seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

Downstairs is a living room, two dining rooms, a kitchen, a bedroom/bonus room and two baths. Upstairs are four guest rooms, each with its own bath, and two suites with a bath and sitting room.

The property was updated in 2022 with recent improvements including a new roof, structural upgrades and updated electrical and HVAC systems.

The 0.14-acre property is located directly across from the Vinoy Renaissance Hotel, and steps away from retail and dining establishments, museums and the St. Pete Pier.

The seller purchased the property under the registered name Boca Ciega FL, LLC in 2022 for $2 million. Kim Royals and Georgia Watson with Yellow Tail Commercial Realty are the seller’s agents.

Snell Isle estate sells a year after listing

Entering the market in August 2025, a Snell Isle estate at 1097 Eden Isle Drive NE, St. Petersburg sold June 29 for $4 million,  10 percent below its asking price.

The modern Mediterranean home is situated on a 0.66-acre waterfront lot with 5,766 square feet of living space across two floors. Built in 2006, it offers five bedrooms and five full bathrooms.

Inside the 3,180-square-foot main level is a foyer with 23-foot ceilings, a living room with a Tuscan-inspired gas fireplace, a dining room with a sidebar buffet and a walk-in wine closet, and a gourmet kitchen with a six-burner gas stove and a breakfast bar.

The first-floor primary suite features two walk-in closets, custom built-ins and an ensuite bath with a travertine shower, a Jacuzzi tub and two large vanities. Additional rooms on the main level include an office/den, a guest bedroom with an ensuite bath, and a large laundry room with cabinets and storage space.

The 2,586-square-foot upper story consists of two large open lofts connected by a bridge. On one side is a great room with an attached wet bar, an office space with two built-in desks and two guest bedrooms that share a Jack-and-Jill bath. On the other side is a bedroom with its own bath and an exercise room.

In the front of the home is a circular driveway with two garages, one with a lift, that can accommodate six cars. In+ back is a heated saltwater pool, a kitchen, a seawall with a composite dock and a 13,000-pound boat lift, and 230 feet of waterfrontage.

The seller, represented by Steven Munich with Munich Realty, LLC, purchased the property in 2006 for $2.44 million. Jeremy Diaz with Compass Florida, LLC was the buyer’s agent.

Pharmaceutical flex building sells for list price

The sale of a 42,689 heated-square-foot pharmaceutical manufacturing facility located in the ICOT Business Center at 5733 Myerlake Circle, Clearwater, closed June 24 for $5.8 million, the same as the initial asking price listed last January.

The one-story structure, built in 1986, is owned by Aimmune Therapeutics, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company developing treatments for life-threatening food allergies. Nestlé acquired the company in 2020 and then sold it three years later.

The property comprises 29,320 square feet of warehouse space and 13,369 square feet of office space. It is situated on a 3.35-acre parcel of land at a highly visible intersection with multiple points of ingress and egress and prominent signage on major thoroughfares.

Pharmacy specs include airlocks throughout the building, material rooms with airlock capability, dedicated sachet and capsule equipment room, an executive wing with private access, motion-sensor lighting throughout the warehouse and refrigerated storage.

Building highlights include 18-foot ceilings, five 10-foot by 15-foot doors, and flexible interiors that can be transformed for service, retail, food-and-beverage or other uses.

The seller, represented by Michelle Senner with Colliers, had purchased the property in 2021 for $4.5 million. The buyer, owner of Antique & Hard Asset Ventures, LLLP, acquired the asset under the registered name CSMS Center Properties, LLC.

20,000-square-foot Clearwater warehouse lists

A fully-leased industrial warehouse property at 1601-1605 Sunshine Drive, Clearwater has listed for sale with an asking price of $3.6 million.

The 20,000-square-foot building, constructed in 1972, is divided into four equally-sized 5,000-square-foot units. One tenant will be vacating when its lease expires at the end of November 2026, providing the opportunity for the new owner to occupy the space.

Each unit is sprinklered and offers 12-foot ceilings, 200-amp electrical power and 12-foot by 10-foot overhead doors. Recent improvements include new front awnings, asphalt, roof and air-conditioning units.

The property was last purchased in 1981 for $255,000. The seller is represented by Elliott Ross with The Ross Realty Group, Inc.
