Seaboard Crossing, a retail center situated on an entire city block at 2400-2462 5th Avenue S., in the Warehouse Arts District of St. Petersburg, has listed for sale for an unpriced amount.
2400 5th Avenue S. comprises three single-story structures, two built in 1953 and one in 1971. The 47,411 heated square feet spans across 2.28 acres of land. Current tenants include Rad Power Bikes, MADabolic and Golfology.
2462 5th Avenue S. is an 800 square-foot stand-alone structure situated on a 0.14-acre parcel. It was leased by HaleLife Bakery in July 2024 following the departure of The Chelsea Café. However, HaleLife recently closed this location due to downsizing.
Developers Brent Lieberman and Gary Lieberman purchased the two industrial parcels in 2021 for $5 million and spent 18 months transforming the property into a retail center, including a newly constructed parking lot for 83 vehicles. Extensive renovations included new TPO roofing; upgraded hurricane-resistant windows; fully modernized electrical, plumbing and lighting systems; and a new sprinkler with monitored alarms.

Waterfront home with nine-car garage lists in Dunedin
An art deco-inspired waterfront home in Dunedin, built in 2022, has listed for $4.9 million. Located at 521 Baywood Drive S. on a 0.22-acre parcel of land, the three-story residence provides five bedrooms and five full baths across 5,260 square feet of living space. Three-lot residence sells in Gulfport
A three-bedroom, three-bath Mediterranean-style home at 6131 10th Avenue S., Gulfport, sold Feb. 18 for $1.065 million, $385,000 below the price first listed in May 2024. The two-story, 2,577 heated square-foot home was built in 1924 and is situated on 0.52 acres across three lots of land.
On the main level is a grand foyer, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a formal dining room and an updated kitchen with a breakfast bar and plenty of storage. A sunroom overlooking a butterfly garden can be used as a library or office. The primary suite with a reading nook and a spa-like bath are also on this level. Upstairs are two guest rooms, a full bath and a loft area.

Newly constructed Chipotle property for sale
A brand-new Chipotle restaurant property has listed for sale for $4.382 million. Located at 3951 34th Street S., St. Petersburg, the 2,500 square-foot structure was completed in 2025 and is situated on a 1.17-acre parcel of land. The restaurant includes a drive-thru “Chipotlane.”
Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. recently signed a 15-year fee simple, triple-net lease that offers four five-year options to renew with a 10 percent rental increase for each option period. The tenant is responsible for all taxes, insurance, utilities, repairs and maintenance.
The property sits less than one mile from Interstate 275 and is surrounded by national retailers including a Walmart supercenter, Publix, Truist Bank, CVS Pharmacy and Starbucks. There are approximately 192,000 people within a five-mile radius. New developments, including the Marina Club Apartments and the Convivial St. Petersburg, a new retirement community, will add to the over 92,000 households in the area.

Largo’s Shops at Midway lists again for reduced price
Shops at Midway, located across three parcels of land at 1229-1581 Missouri Avenue N., Largo, has been re-listed with an asking price of $22.59 million, down from $25.36 million. Six buildings, totaling approximately 119,000 heated square feet, are 100 percent occupied by six tenants. The combined 12.29 acres of land offer two points of ingress/egress along Missouri Avenue and one point on Jasper Street.
1229 Missouri Avenue N. is a 40,778 square-foot structure built in 2014 and occupied since then by Esporta Fitness. 1301 Missouri Avenue N. comprises four structures, each built in 1958, with a total of 74,838 heated square feet. Building 1, with 23,766 square feet, is occupied by TJ Maxx. Building 2, with 26,128 square feet, is occupied by Ross Dress For Less. Building 3, occupied by Aaron’s, has 13,244 square feet. Building 4, occupied by Dollar Tree, has 11,700 square feet. 1581 Missouri Avenue N. is a single-story, 3,200 square-foot structure built in 2015. It is occupied by Imagine Orthodontist.
All of the tenants currently have at least one five-year option remaining on their leases, with rental increases for each option period.
Shops at Midway LLC purchased 1229 Missouri Avenue N. in 2019 for $10.5 million, 1301 Missouri Avenue N. in 2015 for $7.79 million and 1581 Missouri Avenue N. in 2015 for $1.5 million.

Seminole industrial center sells
The sale of a light manufacturing industrial facility at 10950 Belcher Road S., Seminole closed Feb. 13 for $22.7 million. The two-building property comprises a combined 186,736 heated square feet and is situated on 10.37 acres of land.
One two story structure, with an open warehouse space of 84,904 square feet and a 6,000 square-foot office upstairs, was built in 1986. The second structure, built in 1997, offers 71,368 square feet of warehouse space and 24,464 square feet of office space across two floors.
Features include 11 dock-high doors, 100% climate controlled, clearance heights of 16 to 18 feet, access from Belcher Rd. and Bryan Dairy Rd. and a renovation in 2022 valued at over $500,000.
The seller, Southbrook Corporate Center LLC, purchased the property in 2018 for $6.112 million. The buyer, under the registered name Southbrook Largo Propco LLC, secured the deed with a $13.3 million mortgage from Ameris Bank.
