A waterfront guest cottage formerly situated on property owned by Terry Gene Bollea (aka Hulk Hogan), at 1038 Eldorado Ave., Clearwater, has been assigned its own parcel and tax identification and is now for sale with an asking price of $4.5 million. The late wrestler’s main residence at 1040 Eldorado Ave. entered the market in January for $11 million.

The one-story bungalow was built in 1947 and is situated on 0.16 acres of land on the north end of Clearwater Beach. It features three bedrooms and three bathrooms across 2,062 square feet of living space.

Inside is an open floor plan with hardwood floors and exposed wooden beams. The living room offers a white brick fireplace, floor to ceiling windows and French doors that lead outside. The kitchen is equipped with white cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, custom lighting and a large center island.

The primary bedroom features an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and custom tile work. The two additional bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath with dual vanities.

Outdoors is vinyl fencing, a heated pool and spa and 114 feet of waterfrontage on the Gulf of Mexico.

Snell Isle estate for $12.5 million

Following a four-year renovation, a two-story estate built in 1925, at 416 Brightwaters Boulevard NE, in the Snell Isle neighborhood of St. Petersburg, has listed for $12.5 million.

Designed by architectural firm Kiehnel and Elliott, established in Pittsburgh in 1906 and relocated to Miami in 1922, the two-story property, situated on 0.63 acres of land, features five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one half-bathroom across 6,065 square feet of living space. Included in the square-footage is a guest house with a private entrance, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dedicated living space, one bedroom and one full bathroom.

Interior highlights include Turkish limestone flooring throughout the main living areas; rift-cut white oak extending through the kitchen, upper level and guest house; custom cabinetry; a kitchen equipped with Wolf, Sub-Zero, Miele and Cove appliances; and a reverse osmosis water filtration system in the main residence and guest house.

Renovations include a new roof and impact-rated windows and doors, a new mechanical room, a gym and an updated water management system. A whole-house Generac generator, four independent HVAC systems, three tankless water heaters and audio and visuals systems throughout the home are also featured.

The seller, former president and CEO of Premier Eye Care, purchased the property in 2013 for $2.02 million.

South St. Petersburg Crystal Inn for sale

The Crystal Inn, a one-building property located at 4600 34th Street S., in St. Petersburg’s Skyway Marina District, has listed for $6.75 million.

The two-story economy hotel, built in 1973, offers 65 units across 17,844 heated square feet. Twelve of the units are equipped with kitchenettes. The building is situated on 1.29 acres of land and features a rectangular gated lot, a pool, monument signage and 65 surface parking spaces.

General Commercial zoning allows for hotel, multifamily, mixed use or affordable housing projects with no rezoning required.

Old Northeast home sells for $7.9 million

A two-story waterfront estate at 1936 Coffee Pot Boulevard NE, St. Petersburg sold April 2 for $7.9 million, $900,000 below the list price of $8.8 million last December.

Built in 2019, the home provides five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one half-bath across 5,071 square feet of living space.

The main level features an open-concept living area and dining room with panoramic Bayou views. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a large center island, dual ovens and dishwashers, and a butler’s pantry with a beverage center, ice maker and wet bar.

All of the bedrooms offer an ensuite bath, including a primary suite on the first floor. Upstairs is a second primary suite with two dressing rooms and a bonus room with a wet bar and refrigerator.

Outside are covered patios, a lanai and a saltwater pool and spa. A private garden with mature landscaping provides open-water views. The rear-facing, 653 square-foot two-car garage has space to accommodate a lift.

Included in the 0.62 total acreage is the home’s double lot as well as two deep water lots on the other side of Coffee Pot Boulevard.

Pinellas Bayway 7-Eleven sells

Listed in January for $6.17 million, property occupied by 7-Eleven at 150 Pinellas Bayway S., St. Petersburg closed March 31 for a purchase price of $6 million.

The 3,698-square-foot structure, built in 1984, is situated on .049 acres of land adjacent to Tierra Verde Marina, which is currently undergoing a $33 million expansion.

The asset is the sole gas station and convenience store on Tierra Verde island, and sits on the only route to and from Fort DeSoto Park.

7-Eleven signed a 15-year triple-net lease in December 2025 with zero landlord responsibilities. The agreement provides five, five-year options to renew and a 10% rent increase every five years beginning in year 11.

The seller, under the registered name Orion Cot 7FP, LLC, purchased the property in Dec. 2025 for $4.98 million. The limited liability company also owns 7-Eleven occupied properties in Clearwater and Treasure Island.

A 5,954-square-foot industrial building at 1444 20th Street N., St. Petersburg has listed with a sales price of $1.18 million. It is vacant and available for immediate occupancy.

Built in 1989, the two-story structure offers 2,304 square feet of warehouse and 1,224 square feet of office space on the ground level. Upstairs is 1,008 square feet of bonus rooms and 1,418 square feet of storage space.

The sellers, from Greensboro, GA, purchased the property under the registered name Fourteen Forty Four, LLC in 2007 for $315,000.
