A 31,018 square-foot multi-functional industrial building located at 17129 US Hwy 19 N. in Clearwater has just listed for $4.395 million. The property, built in 2002, with an addition in 2019 and a major renovation in 2023, offers a versatile, modern and efficient climate-controlled showroom and warehouse space that can be used for a variety of business needs.

Ovation Condos home for sale

Former military museum property for sale
An industrial space in Largo has listed with a sales price of $4.25 million. Located at 2050 34th Way N, the property was once home to the Armed Forces History Museum, which closed in 2017 after eight years.
The current owner, Rapp Scrap LLC, operates a recycling facility on the property. The 25,000 square-foot warehouse and 4,465 square-foot office were built in 1987 and sit on over two acres of land. The property was last purchased in 2021 for $2.5 million.
The space is suited for single or multi-tenant use with the ability to utilize an additional outdoor storage area. Features include 18 large grade level doors, with the ability to add more; fully air-conditioned and fire-sprinkled buildings, 14-18.5-foot-high ceilings with additional mezzanine space, and electronic gate access.

After less than a week on the market, a 3-bedroom, 3-bath home located at 228 14th Avenue NE sold for $1.47 million Jan. 12. The 2,094-square-foot home, sitting on a 4,657 square-foot lot, was built in 1925.
The downstairs living and dining area features a wood-burning fireplace and original 100-year-old pine wood flooring. An office/den on the first level has an attached full bath that has been fully renovated. Upstairs is the primary bedroom with an ensuite bath, along with two additional bedrooms and a full bath.

The home was last purchased for $630,000 in 2020.

After six months on the market, a two-story multi-family residence, located at 255 6th Ave. NE, sold Jan. 17 for $1.75 million. The list price was $2.295 million. The residence was built in 1920 and is steps away from Beach Drive with views of the Vinoy Resort.
The 5,029 square-foot property houses eight rental units, including two 2-bedroom/1 bath, two 1-bedroom/1 bath, three studio apartments, an office and a detached two-car garage/workshop/storage space.
