Belleair Bluffs home tops list of most expensive home sales in 2020 in Pinellas County

A 10,700-square-foot home in Belleair Bluffs sold for $9 million on Dec. 18, making it the highest-priced home sold in Pinellas County in 2020.

The home, at 430 Bluff View Dr., has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and two half-bathrooms, according to realtor.com.
