What do you do?
I help businesses; small, medium or large, with their marketing strategy to increase business. Whether they’re re-branding, launching a new product, or looking to revamp themselves in the community, I can build out and executive a strategy that is low-cost and has a direct return on their marketing spend.
Why do you do it?
I love people, and I love business. This was the best way for me to do something I am passionate about.
What was your Catalyst? (How did you get started?)
I worked for two years at a digital ad agency representing big brands such as Levi’s, Nautilus, 3M, BIC and more in the retail marketing space. I learned the importance of ROI but also of relationship building when it comes to sales and marketing. I wanted to take that experience into my own business where I can stay cutting edge and take those relationships to the next level.
What’s a common misconception or unknown aspect of what you do?
People automatically ask if social media is my main tactic in a marketing strategy. My immediate answer is no. Not that it’s not important, but your marketing strategy should go beyond social media. I believe businesses need to also set up strategic partnerships within the community in order to stay relevant and competitive.
What’s the most challenging part of your Hustle?
Deciding fair pricing that is worth both my time and the client’s.
What’s the most valuable piece of business advice/insight that’s helped you?
Say yes to everything! Even if you’ve never done it before, if you are confident in your ability to succeed, you will find a way.
