Two condominium complexes sales in Palm Harbor and one in John’s Pass are under new ownership. Parcels in and around a Walmart Neighborhood Market in the East Lake Woodlands neighborhood have sold. A New York-based firms gains control of a skilled nursing facility in Largo. A local executive’s home sells in Tarpon Springs.

Palm Harbor condos sell in $136.7 million deal
Carroll Management Group LLC has sold the Lansbrook Village Condominiums in Palm Harbor to an entity tied to the Osso Capital/DV Group 5 that’s based in New York in a roughly $136.7 million deal.
The complex has 774 residences advertised as “resort-style living” that are nestled along 100 acres of the Brooker Creek conservation area.
It offers volleyball courts, three pools, a dog park, a renovated fitness center, on-site car care centers and more offerings.
Palm Harbor Walmart Neighborhood Market parcels sell
WRI TC East Lake Woodlands LLC sold several parcels in and around the Walmart Neighborhood Market in Palm Harbor to New York-based firm RPT Realty for $25.5 million.
The plaza, which serves the East Lake Woodlands neighborhood, has a Walgreens, East Lake Café, Firehouse Subs, a pet retail shop, a dentist’s office and other tenants.
The sale includes properties that were built in the ’80s: a 1,068-square-foot property at 0600-3470 East Lake Road; a 2,064-square-foot property at 0700-3460 East Lake Road, a 9,690-square-foot property at 3400 East Lake Road; and a vacant commercial property on Tampa Road.
Skilled nursing facility in Largo now under new management
The Opis Tierra Pines Center is under new management.
The Eclipse Opis Re Tierra Pines LLC entity sold the skilled nursing facility for $5.43 million to an entity tied to Advanced Care Staffing LLC, which is based in New York.
The 11,300-square-foot facility specializes in post-acute care.
Menna’s Landing Condominiums at John’s Pass
Boardwalk Place LLC sold multiple condo units at Menna’s Landing Condominiums in John’s Pass to an entity connected to the Clearwater-based law firm of Macfarlane Ferguson & McMullen PA.
The $3.75 million sale includes multiple condos. The 12, 570-square-foot complex is less than 100 feet from the popular John’s Pass Boardwalk.
The three-story complex is fully leased with eight units.
Josef Mastosevic’s home sells
Executive Josef Mastosevic, President & CEO at Sarasota-based manufacturing company Helios Technologies Inc., has sold his Tarpon Springs home for $1.8 million.
The 4,586-square-foot waterfront home, located at 2031 Harbour Watch Circle in Tarpon Springs, features five oversized bedrooms, an office, five-and-half baths and a pool.
It offers a large main living area including a complementing high-end finished lower level, including bedroom, full bathroom and family room that was renovated in 2019.
