Crescent Lake Park Cleanup

Join Stewards of Our Urban Lakes (SOUL) and Keep Pinellas Beautiful (KPB) for a rewarding and enriching morning of community service towards improvement at Crescent Lake. Volunteers will assist with a variety of tasks at this site including lake debris removal, invasive vegetation removal, native plant installation, and water sample collection. We look forward to working with you to restore this local habitat!

This event takes place Saturday, May 31 at 8:30 a.m. at Crescent Lake Park. Volunteers will meet at the storage unit in the TASCO Building Parking lot. It is strongly recommended that volunteers wear closed toes shoes and clothes that they do not mind getting dirty. Additionally, given the ruthless nature of the Florida sun, volunteers should bring a hat, sunglasses, and a refillable water bottle with them. All other supplies necessary for the cleanup will be provided, along with sunscreen, bug spray, and hand sanitizer. There will be a place to refill water bottles.
